Boyfriend isn't Hispanic and wants to learn. I'm Hispanic but not sure what to recommend that a guy who likes slapstick comedy or action movies would like to see in spanish?

Can't you get most movies dubbed in Spanish pretty easily? I think the streaming services usually offer this. Check out your settings. |

He’s not going to learn Spanish this way. The dueling Spanish podcast has some good episodes (the season on the Argentine bank heist is great) and will help him more.

If he really wants to learn then I would look for Destinos online— it’s a telenovela-like show designed to be used to teach spanish (has a textbook and a workbook that goes with that you may be able to find in the library or from a used book site). |

Look on Youtube. Also there are entire tv channels that only air shows in Spanish. |

Basically everything on Disney and Netflix is available dubbed in Spanish. I recommend peppa pig. The pace makes it easier to follow in Spanish. |
