$250k in lifecycle 2065. Didn't have any retirement contributions until I became a GS 7 at age 30 and only able to start maxing TSP contributions in the last couple of years. Oh, and also took out a $50k home loan from the TSP for a DC area down payment and still paying it off.

DH, 46, has $1.4 million. 40/40/20 split in C/S/I.

Me, 44, $280k. I worked 10 years and no longer work for the feds. Just recently moved my money to 50/50 split in C and I. We are taking a bit of a gamble.

42 years old with ~600k (65% C, 25% S, 10% I). Started contributing at 22 but didn’t max until 2017.
