bird baths and bird flu

Informed responses only, please. Does anyone know if it is safe to keep the bird bath up? I don't want it to become the neighborhood super spreader site for our feathered friends.

Don't think it's a concern.

The birds do not need your bird feeder or bird bath to survive. I also would not want to facilitate any spread of bird flu so you should remove it.

I’ve been wondering this myself. Anyone else have an informed answer? I love seeing the birds so much, but don’t want to harm them by potentially spreading disease.
