Oakton or Chantilly for Opening an Academic Center?

Hello! I run a kids’ educational company (won’t name because I don’t want to be seen as advertising). At the moment we rent out spaces in Herndon and Reston but temporary spaces and classrooms. We do pretty well!

Due to demand, we are looking to potentially open a center location…. Where do you think the location would be more successful… Chantilly or Oakton?

So I’ll also say, the bulk of our students are Asian (Indian, Korean, Chinese etc.) as most educational programs are (lol sorry white people.) Chantilly location pretty close to greenbriar center (so not too far into Chantilly.)

Please help! Big decisions!!!!

What about Tyson or Vienna?

My options are between Oakton and Chantilly at the moment. Not really looking to Tyson’s as that area also gets crazy traffic…
