What is going on with her? Her dress looks like it came from Frederick's of Hollywood from the mall in the 90s. I could see wearing this to a more casual event in a place like Miami or LA. But the White House? Why? It's not even flattering. All the money in the world and she could wear anything....and she chooses to wear this.
