You should be able to get a modification assuming his income has risen more than 10% which I assume a $35K increase would be and it changes the CS by $80 a month. Are you sure you're properly including the cost of the insurance today vs when the order was established? That could easily wipe out the change in the amount from your calculations if it has been a few years since the original order. |

What does your agreement say? Many have a clause that requires mediation when one party wants to reassess child support. What does your lawyer say? |
