I have about a quart and a half of flavorful chicken stock I made yesterday. What should I do with it??

Soup, drink it plain, rice, jambalaya, Roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, stuffing, anything savory that calls for water.

Put some tortellini in it and eat for dinner with a green salad. Tortellini en brodo, it's a thing.

I freeze it. Then use it when I make soup or rice (I cook rice in stock instead of water).

Freeze it and use in a recipe that calls for broth

Matzo ball soup? Use it when making rice, couscous, etc. Freeze some.

Asian here - noodle soup.

Really good broth you can just sip as is, too.

If it’s a really good broth then make clear soup with it that needs good broth. You can add any store bought into recipes, but a clear soup needs really good broth.

Or just add some salt, garlic / onion, a squeeze of lemon, some pepper and drink it.

Or make homemade pho with it.
