Date night - within 30 minutes from Reston

Please recommend a great date night restaurant within about 30 minutes from Reston. Looking for great atmosphere, food and wine.
Must have at least a couple seafood or vegetarian items on the menu. Would consider ourselves foodies so not interested in chain restaurants.
