Pho 75 in Rockville. No atmosphere and cash only, but the pho is good. Pho Eateries also has pretty good pho.
These are the two my Vietnamese husband prefers. Hello Vietnam and Pho Nom Nom are also acceptable. He thought XO Modern was disgusting. |
