DKFI Relocation?

DD got into Dora Kennedy through the lottery but I’ve heard they’re moving to Landover. I know the school was supposed to have a meeting about the planned relocation recently but I haven’t heard anything.

Does anyone have any info?

My understanding is that they are moving into the building that used to house Kenmoor Middle School.
My student attended Kenmoor in the old building and although it is from the 1960's it is in remarkably good condition due to the excellent staff they had.
There is currently an elementary school using the space while their school renovations are being completed.
I wonder if they are going to try to combine some of the Kenmoor and DKFI bus routes for the TAG and French Immersion kids. The schools share bus stops in a lot of places.

I recently heard that they will be co-located with Goddard Montessori. When is this move taking place?

I'll be like old times. They both used to share the same building when DKFI was RGFI (Robert Goddard French Immersion).
