People are more open to having different labels. I'm a millennial and would never tell someone that I'm bi, but am I attracted to women? Absolutely.

I still don't buy it, I am 55 so the way I see its only if you sleep with them. I am gay.

Sexuality is a spectrum. Gen Z is just noting they can be anywhere in the grey area, not just black and white.

Doubling every generation so I guess we’re two away from being 100% queer

Is it gender or sexuality? I thought there were specific rules and this was about gender.

My initial thought is either you're making this up or it's not from a credible, statistically valid source.

Ricky Gervais has a great bit on this. Gen Z has lost the plot on being affirming vs. actually being a practicing homosexual or trans person.

Basically, if Gen Z puts a little blue or pink washout dye in their hair they identify as LGBTQIA.

It's trendy to say you're queer, but not actually *be* queer in practice. It makes you seem more open minded and tolerant.

You would be wrong. I've seen this all over the place. This is just one source.

I am surprised it's that low.

It's trendy to say you're "queer" because queer isn't a sexuality, it's an aesthetic.

Aesthetic, indeed. I would put the number at around 40-45% of my kid's college.

Also, some in the gay community believe that "T" shouldn't be on the same rainbow as LGB. Gender and sexuality are very different. Who I am v. who attracts me? Also, some gay friends believe that the T activists are defiling the alphabet rainbow with their extremism.

Yes now when I answer surveys I want to feel special too so I say that I'm "some other race". I identify with star trek so not a lie.

Water is wet, the pope is Catholic, and transphobia exists. Any other stunning revelations for the evening?
