Recommendations for Gynecological Surgeons for Submucosal Fibroid Removal

Hello! Posted in the Infertility sub-forum but also wanted to post here for anyone who might have advice:
My husband and I have been ttc for 1.5 years with one miscarriage. I went to Dominion and was recently diagnosed with 2 submucosal fibroids (~3 cm) and was told to seek a gyn surgeon to proceed with removal of said fibroids before starting treatment. I have found very good reviews on Dr. Albert Steren, but those reviews seem to be from 10 years prior. Does anyone have recommendations on top-notch minimally invasive gyn surgeons in the DC/MD area. I am hoping to have these removed by a hysteroscopic myomectomy if possible to avoid scarring. |
