Lottery closed March 15 - anyone know when we might hear?

The results should be in your Scriborder account.

Sorry....that may only be for the other Specialty Programs and Charters. I wasn't looking for TAG specifically

Yeah - TAG lottery is later.

Hi, did anyone apply for Friendship Aspire?

I'd email or call the TAG office.

Someone on a Facebook group said that the TAG lottery will be announced 2 weeks after the other lottery.

Thanks! That would theoretically be next week, but it’s spring break…hmmm

We got a lottery seat at Heather Hills. But are reluctant to take it. Anyone have insight on the program? We understand they will be getting a new principal next year. 3rd in 3 years I believe?

Does anyone have feedback on College Park Academy? DC wanted to tour before making a decision and they said no.

Did anyone see any movement in their waitlist positions for a TAG Center? We are on a waitlist for a spot at Glenarden Woods and are wondering what the likelihood of getting off the list may be. We are in the low 20's. Thanks in advance

I think it depends what grade. Last year, my rising fourth grader was #19 and only moved up a single spot. Now as a rising fifth grader, he’s #7. Still not a lot of hope. But if you’ve got a rising second grader, I think your chances are much greater.

Thanks for your insight. My DC is a rising 3rd grader, so looks like we won't be holding our breath. Spots are probably very limited, especially considering their recent ranking of being #1 in MD. We'll keep our fingers crossed.
