ISCA

Who is going this year? Unfortunately, it doesn't align with MCPS calendar for spring break....

There was earlier talk about ICSA and its timing. The smaller clubs in the area are going to it with larger clubs attending NCSA. That is a lot of time away from school with the local spring breaks going off.

NCSA is during the area spring breaks making it an easy decision to attend.

ISCA senior cup is during FCPS spring break. We’re headed there

NCSA Swimming Championships are now (3/19 - 3/23).

The NCSA Age Group meet is 3/27-3/30.

Not for FCPS.

This is my kid's first time at Sr ISCA. Is spectating less intense than the age group meets?

And ncsa spring senior champs are this week, which does not match with FCPS.

Any thoughts on when ISCA age group would be next year? Thinking of going. This year with the way FCPS break works it, it just wasn't going to work.

In case someone's looking for this later, spectating is so much less intense. Downright pleasant, at least compared to the age group meets.

I could see with little kids pulling them from school for age groups but 7th and 8th grades right after Spring Break when things get tough seems unwise.

Is there a psych sheet up?
Anonymous
I haven’t seen the psych sheet. Guessing it may not come out until the senior meet is over.
