Deepset eyes

We’re always deepset but as I’ve gotten older the have sunken a bit and now I look like a zombie in photos sometimes and perhaps also irl. Would a blepharoplasty help this?

Blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat around eyes. You seem to have lack of fat in that area, so you'd probably need fillers.

You will need fat transfer to fill in the hollow. I think that's part of a lower bleph.

OP sunken eyes can develop with age. Fat transfer or filler could help, instead of blepharoplasty. Dr. Chaboki has some good before/after photos of both.

Np- oh wow after looking at Dr Chaboki’s gallery, I so want to do this (I need upper and lower blephs!). How much do these procedures cost. I am sure out of my price range …

I started out with 'just' hooded eyes. Now that I'm nearly 60, I can add 'deep set' the the adjective list. Since I can't afford cosmetic interventions, I learned how to use eye make up better. I don't look like I'm 30 but it's better than nothing. TikTok is your friend.
