Don't stress! A lot of schools DON'T send swag early. We were accepted to a few schools last year that didn't send mail until after acceptances were posted.

I would read nothing into OP’s post. DC’s first choice school clearly states they mail acceptances the same day that they are emailed. Sure enough, email came on a Friday afternoon and the big envelope arrived on the following Monday.

We were accepted into 3 schools this year, between usps informed delivery, ups and the FedEx delivery managers, none of those ever reflected the envelopes and one swag package that we received.
