If anyone remembers the now-closed Oriental Regency in Tysons, that's pretty much what I'm looking for.

I took it to mean ‘authentic’ to them is the presence of a zodiac placemat.

BTW I also learned this is the year of the Dragon, and I am a Boar, and I should marry a Rabbit.

Speaking of zodiac placemats, since the Lunar New Year is usually late January/early February, where so I fal on the chart of my birthday is January 15th, 1970? DO I go with 1969 or 1970 based on when the Lunar New year starts?
