College decisions Instagram site for Urban School?

We will be moving to San Francisco, and have two kids. We are very interested in the Urban School, and it feels like a community that would be a good fit. Does anyone have a Instagram handle for their senior college decisions announcements? It would give a sense of general college outcomes.

Seniors are discouraged from posting early results on social media at most SF privates. College outcomes there are about the same as the other independents in the city.

It’s really about the kid and not the school.
I sent my kids to two very different SF privates and got the same result in terms of the kinds of colleges they were accepted to. The feeder thing really doesn’t exist here particularly in the last three years. If anything the most selective colleges are broadening the high schools they are accepting from.

My son is at Urban and the school is wonderful. The current head will be retiring at the end of next year and the search for his successor is underway.

There is no instagram with college matriculation results posted publicly by student. That is counter to Urban's culture to brag about admissions. That said, they do share college matriculation data over past 5 years in a slide in the Urban Curriculum Guide, which you can find on their website.

Good luck! The school is wonderful, teachers are committed, and there are many rigorous and interesting courses offered (UAS = AP fyi).

If prestigious college admissions is important to you Urban might not be the right choice. I am a former Urban parent and can tell you that the school is the most rigorous in SF, but does not have the most acceptances to prestigious colleges. I think this is in part because Urban does not encourage the kids to mindlessly check the boxes to do all the things one needs to do to be competitive for elite college admissions.
