Good and bad, any info would be helpful. I am concerned that I would not fit in or that (I would stand out). I live now in S fla and am currently in a big time of uncertainty.

Depends where. Estero blends into Bonita Springs. If you are Bonita Springs on water, very high net worth individuals. Ritz Carlton condos building now 4m+
I would prefer over Naples because close to airport and not as old.

Yes. It was recently impacted by the big hurricane that hit the Ft Meyers area about 2 years ago.

It’s a lovey area. I would like to live there.
