4 days before ovulation stories - seems rare but anyone pregnant?

TTC at 37. Due to circumstances this cycle, I think my only chance will have been 4days before ovulation.
Anyone have success this many days out? |

| Me! Had to be that day - we had sex once anywhere near the window due to travel. Baby turns five tomorrow! |

Yes, I got pregnant when only time having sex was on cycle day 6 (which for me is at least 4, probably more like 5 days out).
And to the other poster - mine is a boy. |

| Pregnancies 3 and 4 taught me that I have a late lutéal phase. Both times got pregnant when I shouldn’t have (which was fine just surprising). Wishing you the best!!! |

| Last month, we had sex one time 3 days before I ovulated and I got pregnant. It turned into a chemical but I did get pregnant which shocked the hell out of us both. |

Eggs only live 12-24 hours after ovulation, so 4 days post isn’t possible. |

| It’s possible. If you end up needing to try again next cycle- I recommend the when sperm meets egg system. I learned about it here and I got pregnant the first cycle. |
