Any recommendations for a good real estate agent in the general swarthmore or media area?

It seems like the housing market is super tight in the area; there are barely even any open houses before houses and condos get sold.

Also any recs for good real estate attorneys appreciated, as well as general advice about buying in Delco from those in the know.
