Let’s see if we can make it to the season being positive and not bad mouthing players or coaches until they are actually on the field in real games or scrimmages at least.

I see that there is a coaching vacancy at West Potomac. Well that lasted long... one and done!
What's the issue over there?

I think the coach just stepped in late when the job was still open and the season was almost here. Not sure it was ever a long term hire, so it makes sense they post early and try to find someone.

I hear Woodson is getting their track/stadium redone this summer. Any word on if this will impact fall ball?

We have never played on stadium. Usually soccer.

I heard it was a conflict with his other job. Players and parents apparently loved him.

Is Battlefield goalie really leaving for BI?

Why would she? High school lax recruiting rarely happens. Going to be a Jr. Well liked and respected at Battlefield and will probably have D1 offer this summer. Girls already hungry to get back and win 6A championship in 24. Have to be a top rated team going into next year. BI 7-9 Pooh Pooh.

Records mean little to nothing. It’s the level of competition that’s attractive. Play at BI where the schedule is filled with games against top 25 programs or stay at BF to play in one of the weakest conferences around where in many games the goalie will not be challenged at all. My question is why BI vs PVI, but suspect PVI already has its goalie for next season.

They use the stadium turf in the morning. Parking lot and whole area around is closed for staging too. Hopefully no impact but will see.
