Hello! Can some of you share your experiences with the St Albans infant and toddler programs?

A lot of turnover and director does not communicate consistently.

Our HOS had her infant daughter there but pulled her out because she was not happy with the level of care.

Our kids currently attend there and have been there form when they were infants through prek. It's great, we've never had any major issues. All of our teachers have been wonderful and caring, the facility has 2 playgrounds and a gym for bad weather and they are close to a lot of open space on American's campus the can run and explore. We are one of many families who have sent all their kids, all the through until preK or k and have been very happy.
They are also now a part of the DCPS free Pre-K program which is a lifesaver!

A lot of turnover, the director's communication is inconsistent, delayed, at times bluntly aggressive. She has no compassion or empathy, neither for kids nor for staff(from what I have observed), surprising how such a person is entrusted to deal with children and families.
