Does noone make/carry nursing bras that are also cute/sexy?

Hi! Troy McClur....er excuse me, Anonymous Poster here! You might remember me from threads like Spring Essentials on a Budget. BTW thank you everyone who posted great sites and great advice. I think I put together a nice wardrobe for around $270. Now, I find I have another problem: Nursiing Bras. Is it just me, or do they all look like something my grandma would wear? Maybe its my size... before I had kids I used to joke that I had a pair of Killer B's. Now I've got DD's and it seems like all the nursing options that are under $50 are white or nude/beige with the very rare black now and again. In the beginning I didn't care I suppose. I didn't think I'd be in them over a year and a half later. DS seems to be in it for the long haul and I'm fine with that. What I hate is that there are no affordable sexy bras that one can wear if one is still nursing. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places? Is there any place in MoCo or close in NW I can go to get a bra that doesn't scream *I come with a matching girdle! Buy us together and save $15!* without breaking the bank?

Who the F cares?

You leak a few times and they're trashed.

ridiculous

I got a pretty lacy one (D size) at Target of all places. Not much selection, but black lace, and without all of the padding etc. that annoy me with others.

I second the suggestion for Elle Macpherson. VS used to them (only sold online), but they discontinued them.

You're right. You don't care, therefore no one should ever post on this topic. How dare any of us offend your prickly, killjoy sensibilities.

- Not the OP, but I'd like suggestions, too

OP here: Well 18:18, obviously you're reading comprehension is for shit. If it wasn't you might have noticed that I'm having a hard time finding things that fit, look cute/sexy, and can be had for a reasonable price. And I don't know what crappy bras you're buying but, my crappy nursing bras from Target have held up just fine. Like I said I just want some options that dont look like something Gramma would wear and that fit me for under 50 bucks.

Thanks to all the other PP's for posting helpful suggestions.

I second the suggestion for Target. I picked up a few lacy black nursing bras about 2 years ago at the Target in Columbia Heights for probably $20.

I remember you, Ms. "Don't Want to Be Mistaken for the Nanny."

I see you are still annoying.

Why thank you! It's lovely to have one's work appreciated .

To 19:29, if you're still looking, I went to Target today, and they have some really cute ones. Mostly black and white but there was an adorable blue one with little white polka dots. Of course not in my size. They had some nice colored nursing camis too. So I thought I'd pass it on, and hope you have better luck there than me!

I wouldn't just say annoying. Also weird.

Weird? Maybe. Too sarcastic for my own good? Definitely.

But really, its just that I don't believe in feeding trolls or encouraging bitchy flamers who have nothing better to do then try to get a rise out of someone they don't know on the interwebs.
