Why does my DH play fantasy football?

It seems so stupid and wastes so much time. Anyone else's DH play this awful game?

DH and I both do. It's fun. Why do you care? I'm sure you do things that he considers stupid and wasteful of time.

My husband wonders why I get mani/pedis. He can wonder all he wants...

My husband plays too, he disappears every Sunday, leaving me with the kids EVERY WEEKEND

It's getting to be too much

It a time to bond with others.
You learn about all the best players in the league.
You actually have to think, be logical and it's not easy to win.

That is a different problem. My H plays with my sons so they are together all weekend.

Because it's fun to him - the same reason I discuss Below Deck with friends.

That is a different problem. My H plays with my sons so they are together all weekend.

Yeah, really a different issue. My DH will get together with folks a few times a season (mostly solo, maybe he will take the kids once now that they are a bit older), but he knows there is no way that this will be an every Sunday thing.

100% this. We play in the same league too and each have separate work leagues. Not only is it fun but it gives us a fun rivalry and extra things to discuss and talk about. Cuddling on the couch and talkin’ sh*t to each other is one of my favorite activities. I’m sorry you’re way too cool and intellectual for it because you’re missing out on some fun bonding.

Has it ever occurred to you that people aren't the same? Sometimes people have different opinions and ideas of fun than you do. I know it must be shocking to find that out at your age.
